Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in person at the Margate, Florida location
  • Availability to participate in shift work including potential evenings and weekends
  • Strong proficiency in English communication
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
  • Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs
  • Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision
  • Schedule appointments and transfer calls to appropriate contacts as needed
  • Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
  • Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation
  • Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience
  • Live chat, SMS, and email support
