Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Must be able to work on-site in Margate, Florida
- Dependable and motivated with a professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
- Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs
- Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision
- Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
- Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
- Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience
- Live chat, SMS, and email support
