Job Requirements
- One year of associate or other entry-level full-time experience in nonprofit fundraising or event ticket sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated organization skills including attention to calendar/scheduling of tasks and CRM data input
- Demonstrated clear verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to complete assigned tasks
- Access to consistent method of transport to/from the Music Hall at Fair Park and other designated work locations (venues, off-site event/meeting sites, etc.)
Job Qualifications
- One year or more of regular reporting and data entry in Archtics and Raiser's Edge including ticket and credit card processing, communications, ticket sales, and reporting
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience transacting in Raiser's Edge and/or Archtics (TicketMaster)
- Experience transacting in other CRM or ticketing databases
- Demonstrated appreciation of musical theatre or the performing arts in general
Job Duties
- Maintain consistent and punctual coverage of the CenterStage membership phone and email hotlines during published hours of availability
- Answer inquiries in real time to fulfill donor benefits to CenterStage donors at the $1,000 level or higher such as ticket purchases, exchanges, donations, upgrades, parking passes, food and beverage vouchers, and more
- Clearly, accurately, and efficiently communicate with donors, both verbally and via electronic communication regarding ticket transactions, pricing, seating, ticketing policies, parking, and general information
- Assist with seasonal projects such as subscription renewals, subscription upgrades, membership renewal and upgrade campaigns, reseating projects, and others as assigned
- Provide current and prospective donors with a menu of options and offerings, presenting upgrade opportunities when appropriate
- Assist in annual fund postal and electronic mailings and other donor communications as assigned
- Respond to donor inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, postal mail, and in-person in a timely manner while exhibiting stellar customer service skills
- Promptly coordinate the release of seating holds
- Assist in administrative and operational planning and preparation for each Broadway show’s membership suite in conjunction with the Development Events Manager
- Provide receipts for subscription and ticket purchases as required
- Process credit card donations and transactions
- Document details of donor interactions and share information as appropriate with Development team members
- Serve as the lead and exclusive development department contact in the membership suite for at least one performance per Broadway engagement
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned
