Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work flexible hours including holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to stand, walk, and remain active throughout shifts
- ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
- ability to maintain professionalism during busy and potentially noisy environments
- must comply with all company policies including responsible alcohol service
- no formal education required
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- possesses the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- collaborates successfully with bussers, cooks, and other team members
- previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- must successfully complete an online training course for responsible alcohol serving
- possession of a valid food handler's certification as required by local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a welcoming and professional manner
- present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- relay orders to kitchen and bar staff ensuring clear communication
- serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- process guest payments accurately including cash and credit transactions
