Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 6 months experience in a fast-paced office environment
proficiency in office administration and MS Office programs
strong communication skills
ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
friendly and compassionate demeanor

Job Duties

greet and assist pet owners and callers professionally and warmly
manage check-in and check-out procedures for boarding pets
verify and update pet vaccination records to ensure health and safety
answer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and policies
maintain accurate customer and pet records
coordinate with grooming and boarding staff to facilitate pet care
handle scheduling and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
