Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Completion of company orientation and safety training
- Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Stock and rotate items as needed
- Assist with inventory control
- Load, unload, and move products
- Organize, clean, and prepare back area for night crew and incoming trucks
- Organize merchandise on pallets to make the department presentable
- Ensure integrity of shelf tags and signage
- Maintain standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation
- Check shipments for out-of-date and damaged products
- Build, stock, maintain, and take down store displays
- Provide superior customer service
- Answer customer questions and assist with product selections
- Merchandise products effectively
- Use suggestive selling techniques to build sales
- Clean and sanitize sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment
- Handle and maintain operation of equipment properly
- Comply with departmental SOPs and store procedures
