Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Clark County Health District Card
Culinary Union referral
Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
Requires normal, corrective vision range and ability to see color
Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
Must perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping

Job Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Professional personal appearance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet companys production and quality standards
Prior experience busing tables or similar food service
Must have interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude
Knowledge of using a coffee machine and handcart

Job Duties

Bus tables and clear dishes promptly
Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests
Maintain cleanliness and order of the dining area
Use coffee machine and handcart as required
Communicate effectively with team members and guests
Follow company production and quality standards
Demonstrate positive and friendly attitude towards guests and staff
