Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Clark County Health District Card
- Culinary Union referral
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Requires normal, corrective vision range and ability to see color
- Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Must perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet companys production and quality standards
- Prior experience busing tables or similar food service
- Must have interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude
- Knowledge of using a coffee machine and handcart
Job Duties
- Bus tables and clear dishes promptly
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the dining area
- Use coffee machine and handcart as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Follow company production and quality standards
- Demonstrate positive and friendly attitude towards guests and staff
