Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Clark County Health District Card
  • Culinary Union referral
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Requires normal, corrective vision range and ability to see color
  • Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
  • Must perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping

  • Prior experience busing tables or similar food service

Job Duties

  • Bus tables and clear dishes promptly
  • Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the dining area
  • Use coffee machine and handcart as required
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Follow company production and quality standards
  • Demonstrate positive and friendly attitude towards guests and staff
