Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain current food handlers card
- Ability to accurately work with numbers, orders and food specs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a high volume, deadline oriented work environment
- Ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects with assistance if necessary
- Ability to work long periods on feet and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to perform fine hand manipulation and safely use kitchen equipment and sharp objects
- Ability to communicate clearly and be positive, polite and cooperative with co-workers, managers, vendors and customers
- Ability to work around heat sources and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to perform dishwashing duties as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Produce excellent quality food for customers
- Manufacture and present hot and cold food products including salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, sauté and grill items
- Organize and clean work area before, during, and after shifts
- Follow recipes and food specifications accurately
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Communicate effectively with managers, chefs, and team members
- Maintain safety standards and report any safety concerns to management
