Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain current food handlers card
  • Ability to accurately work with numbers, orders and food specs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a high volume, deadline oriented work environment
  • Ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects with assistance if necessary
  • Ability to work long periods on feet and perform repetitive movements
  • Ability to perform fine hand manipulation and safely use kitchen equipment and sharp objects
  • Ability to communicate clearly and be positive, polite and cooperative with co-workers, managers, vendors and customers
  • Ability to work around heat sources and cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to perform dishwashing duties as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Obtain and maintain current food handlers card

  • Ability to follow directions and stay focused in a high volume work environment
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety

Job Duties

  • Produce excellent quality food for customers
  • Manufacture and present hot and cold food products including salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, sauté and grill items
  • Organize and clean work area before, during, and after shifts
  • Follow recipes and food specifications accurately
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Communicate effectively with managers, chefs, and team members
  • Maintain safety standards and report any safety concerns to management
