Job Requirements
- Previous high volume restaurant cooking experience or education
- Maintain current Food Handlers card
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Flexible schedule including evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work necessary hours including overtime
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally climb stairs for long periods
- Capability to perform repetitive movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting
- Proficiency in fine hand manipulation tasks
- Strict adherence to deadlines, product quality, recipes, and food costing
- Clear and positive communication with co-workers, managers, vendors, and customers
- Ability to manage employees professionally
- Respect for diversity and ability to work with diverse individuals
- Comfortable working in hot kitchen environments
- Experience working with cleaning agents and sharp objects
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with colleagues, customers, and guests

Job Duties
- Oversee production and presentation of catered food for events
- transfer contracts to function sheets
- manage all ordering from function sheets
- track contract change orders and implement necessary changes
- enforce portioning guidelines consistently
- communicate effectively with Kitchen Manager and Chef
- ensure food delivery meets established deadlines
- supervise and oversee catering cooks on duty
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- adhere to safety standards and report concerns
- support special event food production such as brewer and vintner dinners
- assist with holiday and property-wide event catering
- uphold quality and presentation standards of all food items
