Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a restaurant host or similar customer service role preferred
- Must have ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and various shifts
- Valid MAST and Food Handler's Cards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Must have open availability including weekends, holidays, morning, afternoon, evenings
- Previous restaurant experience or previous customer service experience preferred
- MAST and Food Handler's Cards required
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and create a positive first impression
- Provide table accommodations and manage seating arrangements
- Offer menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
- Ensure smooth flow of guests during peak hours
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
