Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a restaurant host or similar customer service role preferred
  • Must have ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and various shifts
  • Valid MAST and Food Handler's Cards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Must have open availability including weekends, holidays, morning, afternoon, evenings
  • Previous restaurant experience or previous customer service experience preferred
  • MAST and Food Handler's Cards required

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and create a positive first impression
  • Provide table accommodations and manage seating arrangements
  • Offer menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
  • Ensure smooth flow of guests during peak hours
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
