Job Duties
- support the Anchorage City Manager in all activities related to rental counter operations
- arrange vehicle rentals and process transactions
- sell incremental products to customers
- clean and prepare returned vehicles for next rental
- maintain customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- assist in staff training and operational improvements
