Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in aviation aeronautics finance supply chain manufacturing statistics operations research engineering business computer science logistics transportation or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in related role
  • Advanced Excel capabilities strong data analysis querying and modelling skills
  • Leadership communication presentation development skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
  • Demonstrated track record of using data analysis to evaluate hypotheses or abstract concepts
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and visually

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in Aviation Aeronautics Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing Statistics Operations Research Engineering Business Computer Science Logistics Transportation or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in related role
  • Advanced Excel skills strong data analysis querying and modeling capabilities
  • Leadership communication and presentation development skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation to analyze data and gain actionable insights
  • Demonstrated experience using data analysis to evaluate hypotheses or abstract concepts
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and visual using dashboards and presentations
  • Industrial Engineering background preferred
  • Experience in workforce planning crew planning network planning financial planning analysis or strategic planning corporate development preferred
  • Programming language experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain various demand and supply forecasts that feed long term planning models for the pilot workforce specifically staffing changes with Flight Training Center and vacation demand distributions
  • Serve as internal liaison with crew planning team for transition between long-term forecast and actual monthly build setting expectations and identifying gaps
  • Perform ad hoc analysis including what-if scenarios such as new pilot contracts adjusted aircraft deliveries and training requirements developing models data analysis and presentation materials
  • Maintain accuracy in forecast models and continuously improve processes
  • Support development of presentations for leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in developing new forecasts as business requirements evolve
