Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have restaurant or bar experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects
- Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms
- Ability to talk or hear, taste or smell as required
- Ability to occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision
- Must follow health department specifications and company safety standards
- Must attend TIPS training and correctly ID guests under age 50
- Must follow departmental attendance policies and report on time
- Must maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Related experience or training in hospitality or bartending
- Restaurant or bar experience is required
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to changing event requirements
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Physical stamina to perform job duties

Job Duties
- Set up all garnishes, alcohol, and wines properly
- Maintain daily setup and breakdown of portable bars and keep the work area neat and clean
- Demonstrate full alcohol knowledge and knowledge of drink ingredients and menu items
- Provide suggestions to guests and knowledge of local restaurants, events, and locations
- Follow and maintain health department specifications including product rotation and disposal of expired items
- Strive to exceed guest satisfaction by providing the best possible service
- Complete daily cleaning duties and side work tasks
- Report to work on time and follow department attendance policies
- Participate in department meetings and communicate openly with management and team members
- Display a positive, courteous, and polite attitude
- Maintain a professional appearance and uniform
- Address guest concerns and department issues promptly and professionally
- Efficiently utilize time and meet department productivity standards
- Sort and recycle items properly according to department recycling standards
- Follow AHC safety standards and attend required TIPS training
- Notify management of low inventory and communicate special bar needs
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers
