- Three plus years of relevant experience in arcade game diagnostics and repair
- Ability to lead a team successfully
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment

Job Duties
- Hire, train and develop a team of game technicians
- Create and maintain a safe, secure and sanitary environment for guests and staff
- Maintain and repair arcade and virtual reality games ensuring proper functionality
- Adhere to preventative maintenance programs
- Monitor and perform daily store maintenance
- Strive for 100 percent game playability
- Repair games promptly to enhance guest experience
