- 3 plus years of relevant experience in diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
- ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- willingness to work in fast-paced, noisy environments with distractions
- effective oral and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of Game Technicians
- hire, train, develop, and retain a skilled team
- maintain arcade and virtual reality games in ideal playing condition
- implement and adhere to preventative maintenance programs
- monitor daily store maintenance and ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- repair games promptly to achieve 100% game playability
- communicate effectively with team members and guests to foster a fun and engaging atmosphere
