- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to work in fast-paced, noisy environment

Job Duties
- Hire, train, develop, and retain game technicians
- Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and staff
- Diagnose and repair arcade and virtual reality games
- Adhere to preventative maintenance programs
- Monitor and perform daily store maintenance
- Strive for 100% game playability and repair games on the fly
