- three plus years of relevant experience diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
- ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- willingness to work in a fast paced noisy environment
- effective oral and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Hire train develop and retain a talented team of Game Technicians
- create a well-maintained safe secure and sanitary environment for guests and staff
- keep arcade equipment maintained and in proper working order
- adhere to all outlined preventative maintenance programs
- monitor and perform daily store maintenance
- strive for 100 percent game playability
- repair games quickly to minimize downtime
