- Friendly and engaging management style that enhances guest and employee experience
Job Duties
- Hire and train game technicians to build a skilled and motivated team
- Develop and retain top talent through coaching and mentoring
- Ensure all arcade and virtual reality games are well-maintained and functional
- Implement and adhere to preventative maintenance programs
- Monitor and perform daily maintenance to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Achieve 100% game playability by promptly repairing game issues
- Create a positive, engaging atmosphere for guests and staff
