- 21 plus years of age
- three plus years of relevant experience in a similar environment diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
- ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
- ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities
- strong business acumen
- the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
