Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in arcade game diagnostics and repair
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced entertainment or restaurant environments
- Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Technical knowledge of arcade and virtual reality game systems
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Lead, hire, train, develop, and retain a team of game technicians
- Maintain a safe, secure, sanitary gaming environment for guests and staff
- Ensure all arcade equipment is operational and well-maintained
- Implement and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules
- Monitor and perform daily maintenance tasks as required
- Achieve 100% game playability by quickly repairing games during operation
