21+ years of age
3+ years of relevant experience in diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
Ability to lead a team
Comfortable working in fast-paced, noisy environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong business acumen
Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays

Job Duties

Hire, train, develop, and retain game technicians
Create and maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
Maintain and repair arcade and virtual reality games
Adhere to preventative maintenance programs
Monitor and perform daily store maintenance
Ensure 100% game playability
Lead and coach the technician team to elevate performance
