Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Ensure all games are functioning properly
- Report major equipment problems to management
- Assist guests with playing and paying for games
- Promote the center’s offerings such as bowling, billiards, food, and drinks
- Operate multiple POS systems accurately while selling arcade cards
- Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the redemption center
- Maintain a clean and organized arcade area
