Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Ensure all games are functioning properly
- Report major equipment issues to management
- Assist guests with gameplay and payment issues
- Promote other center offerings such as bowling, billiards, food, and beverages
- Operate multiple POS systems for selling arcade cards
- Unload, stock, and maintain inventory in the redemption center
- Maintain a clean and organized arcade area
