Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
- Ensure that all games are working properly
- Report major equipment problems to management
- Assist guests who are having trouble with playing or paying for games
- Promote all center offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food and drinks
- Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards
- Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for the arcade’s redemption center
- Maintain a clean and organized arcade area
