Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
- ensure that all games are working properly
- report major equipment problems to management
- assist guests who are having trouble with playing or paying for games
- promote the center’s offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food and drinks
- accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards
- unload, stock, and maintain the inventory for the redemption center
- maintain a clean and organized arcade area
