Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- strong communication skills

- basic familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- ensure all arcade games are functioning properly
- report major equipment problems to management
- assist guests with playing or paying for games
- promote other center offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food and drinks
- operate multiple POS systems accurately while selling arcade cards
- unload, stock, and maintain inventory in the redemption center
- maintain a clean and organized arcade area
