Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in restaurant or food and beverage service preferred
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- availability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
- food handler certification as required by state or local regulations
- strong communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- physical ability to perform job duties including bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling
- adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- 1 year restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete daily operations such as opening duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk-ins and fridges as assigned by the F&B manager on duty
- Meet and greet guests and coordinate with F&B team regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions
- Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Serve group functions per individual client specifications
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow all hotel service standards
- Perform any other job tasks as assigned
