Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8-12 years relevant experience
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with performance management
  • Ability to travel extensively within the US and North America
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide formal supervision to employees
  • Monitor the training and development of staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
  • Oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees
  • Coordinate and manage team's daily activities
  • Establish work schedules and assign tasks
  • Cross-train staff
  • Set and track staff and department deadlines

  • Develop and oversee operating and administrative policies and procedures
  • Align policies with client business needs and strategic plans
  • Manage employee recruitment, performance management, engagement, development, and financials
  • Responsible for revenue and expense management

  • Create and manage the budget
  • Develop and maintain vendor partnerships focusing on cost-saving
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Negotiate with clients, partners, and associates
  • Monitor key service delivery metrics
  • Review and audit Service Business Continuity plan
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards

  • Persuade managers and colleagues to act on business plans
  • Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers
