Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer relations or event planning
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand/walk extensively
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • positive attitude and team player

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • undergraduate education preferred
  • minimum six months of customer relations or party/event experience
  • one to two years in high-volume fine-casual dining preferred
  • experience working with children preferred
  • current ServeSafe certification preferred
  • good verbal and communication skills
  • enjoys public speaking and working with children
  • warm and friendly demeanor
  • ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Achieves and delivers timely steps of party execution and positive customer feedback
  • communicates with customers prior to events and maintains a pleasant ambiance in event spaces
  • greets and seats guests while providing event information
  • takes and delivers orders and upsells during parties
  • services the party throughout the event including games, crafts, and doll care activities
  • prepares desserts and manages to-go transactions
  • delivers and processes checks and resets tables
  • meets sales goals and manages vendor orders
  • ensures customer satisfaction and resolves service issues
  • adheres to health and safety regulations
  • assigns and completes daily side work
  • operates InfoGenesis system for transactions
  • trains and assists teammates and supports various restaurant areas
