Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - prior experience in customer relations or event planning
 - ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 - strong communication skills
 - physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand/walk extensively
 - flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
 - knowledge of health and safety regulations
 - positive attitude and team player
 
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
 - undergraduate education preferred
 - minimum six months of customer relations or party/event experience
 - one to two years in high-volume fine-casual dining preferred
 - experience working with children preferred
 - current ServeSafe certification preferred
 - good verbal and communication skills
 - enjoys public speaking and working with children
 - warm and friendly demeanor
 - ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting
 - flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
 
Job Duties
- Achieves and delivers timely steps of party execution and positive customer feedback
 - communicates with customers prior to events and maintains a pleasant ambiance in event spaces
 - greets and seats guests while providing event information
 - takes and delivers orders and upsells during parties
 - services the party throughout the event including games, crafts, and doll care activities
 - prepares desserts and manages to-go transactions
 - delivers and processes checks and resets tables
 - meets sales goals and manages vendor orders
 - ensures customer satisfaction and resolves service issues
 - adheres to health and safety regulations
 - assigns and completes daily side work
 - operates InfoGenesis system for transactions
 - trains and assists teammates and supports various restaurant areas
