Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months work experience in customer relations, parties or events
- One to two years experience in a high-volume, fine-casual dining or related restaurant preferred
- Experience working with children preferred
- Current ServSafe certification preferred
- Good verbal and communication skills required
- Must enjoy public speaking, children, and possess a warm and friendly demeanor
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, standing and walking for long periods, and exposure to loud environments
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Achieves and delivers timely steps of party execution and positive indicators on customer comment cards
- Communicates with customers prior to events and creates a pleasant ambiance in dining and party rooms
- Works with party team to greet and seat guests, shares event and store information, takes and delivers food and beverage orders, upsells and services party throughout the event
- Prepares desserts, manages to-go transactions, delivers and processes checks, bus and resets tables, and maintains cleanliness and stock of supplies
- Meets sales goals and budgetary guidelines, working with external vendors and placing product orders timely
- Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional parties and resolving any service issues graciously
- Executes events in accordance with AG standards, including games, crafts, hairstyling, and skin care of dolls
- Maintains ongoing communications with staff, management, and Retail Sales and Services departments
- Adheres to local and state health sanitation laws and workplace safety guidelines
- Assigns and completes daily tasks and side work assignments consistently and timely
- Demonstrates knowledge of the InfoGenesis system ensuring transactions comply with company policy
- Takes initiative to train, teach, and assist teammates across various restaurant areas when needed
