Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency in restaurant reservation and POS systems preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage large groups and resolve conflicts calmly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must have Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a restaurant host, hotel concierge or related customer service position preferred
- Computer skills including restaurant reservation and POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Availability on Friday, Saturday and Sunday preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and provide timely seating by maintaining accurate waitlists
- Manage large crowds professionally and resolve challenging service situations diplomatically
- Create and maintain a pleasant ambiance in the dining room and party rooms through lighting, music and table placement
- Communicate accurate dining room and party room setup, including special requests and birthday information, to the restaurant team
- Share information about store and restaurant events with guests
- Utilize Zomato reservation and InfoGenesis register systems along with Microsoft Office to perform job functions
- Initiate training opportunities with restaurant staff
- Assist restaurant staff as needed to provide an outstanding dining experience
