Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a host in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with reservation and scheduling software
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to hospitality and exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
- Ability to follow standards including steps of service, food safety, sanitation, and phone etiquette
- Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills
- Proactive in addressing problems and turning challenging situations positive
- Proficient with technologies such as POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules
- Flexible schedule with open availability
