Job Description

University City Housing (UCH) is a Philadelphia-based real estate investment company known for buying, renovating, maintaining, and managing properties primarily for long-term investment. Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • 2-3 years of food and beverage experience
  • Employee management experience
  • Event planning experience
  • Must have or be willing to obtain RAMP certification, ServSafe certification, Lifeguard certification, and PA State clearances
  • Ability to work full time, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • College degree preferred
  • Must have or be willing to obtain RAMP certification, ServSafe certification, Lifeguard certification, and PA State clearances

  • Energetic, creative, outgoing, highly organized
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work full time, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage the bar, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pools, indoor pool as well as all Clubhouse-related employees and vendors
  • Manage all day-to-day operations
  • Oversee the Clubhouse Activities Director to ensure success of daily events, resident satisfaction, and brand awareness
  • Hiring and management of all seasonal and part-time employees included but not limited to lifeguards, bartenders, chefs, gatekeepers, etc.
  • Exhibit and ensure exceptional customer service at all levels of the operation
  • Inventory control and record maintenance
  • Maintain compliance with state and local regulations
  • Oversee and implement policies and procedures
  • create new ones as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary
