Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- 2-3 years of food and beverage experience
- Employee management experience
- Event planning experience
- Must have or be willing to obtain RAMP certification, ServSafe certification, Lifeguard certification, and PA State clearances
- Ability to work full time, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain confidential information

Job Duties
- Manage the bar, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pools, indoor pool as well as all Clubhouse-related employees and vendors
- Manage all day-to-day operations
- Oversee the Clubhouse Activities Director to ensure success of daily events, resident satisfaction, and brand awareness
- Hiring and management of all seasonal and part-time employees included but not limited to lifeguards, bartenders, chefs, gatekeepers, etc.
- Exhibit and ensure exceptional customer service at all levels of the operation
- Inventory control and record maintenance
- Maintain compliance with state and local regulations
- Oversee and implement policies and procedures
- create new ones as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary
