Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • 2-3 years of food and beverage experience
  • Employee management experience
  • Event planning experience
  • Ability to work full time with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have or be willing to obtain RAMP Certification, ServSafe Certification, Lifeguard Certification, and PA State Clearances
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to maintain confidential information

Job Duties

  • Manage the bar, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pools, indoor pool as well as all Clubhouse-related employees and vendors
  • Manage all day-to-day operations
  • Oversee the Clubhouse Activities Director to ensure success of daily events, resident satisfaction, and brand awareness
  • Hiring and management of all seasonal and part-time employees including lifeguards, bartenders, chefs, gatekeepers
  • Exhibit and ensure exceptional customer service at all levels of the operation
  • Inventory control and record maintenance
  • Maintain compliance with state and local regulations
  • Oversee and implement policies and procedures
  • Create new policies as needed
  • Perform other duties as necessary
