Job Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must hold a valid state driver’s license if driving is required
- Maintain a clean motor vehicle report and current automobile insurance if driving is required
- Ability to walk long distances outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events
- Must be flexible to work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Offering concierge services
- Extending the highest level of service to residents and guests
- Assisting with facility admittance
- Tactfully enforcing rules and regulations
- Sharing community information including parking regulations and services offered
- Prioritizing tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
