Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless medically or religiously exempt
- ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work second shift from 4 pm to 12:30 am including rotational weekends
- reliable transportation
- ability to pass medical exam, background check and drug test
- willingness to work in environments with exposure to fumes and airborne particles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless granted medical or religious exemption
- experience in janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning experience a plus
- ability to perform physical tasks required
- reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- ability to pass post-offer medical, background screening and drug test
Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floors
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork
- washes windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebaskets
- transports trash and waste to disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
- must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations
