Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of related experience
- ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English
- must have reliable transportation
- post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required
- annual influenza immunization required unless exempted
- ability to perform physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floor
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- washes windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebaskets
- transports trash and waste to disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
- must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations
