Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus with or without corrective lenses
- ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- basic English communication skills
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- pass medical, background, and drug tests
- must comply with annual influenza immunization policy

- Experience in the janitorial industry a plus

Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floor
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- washes windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebaskets
- transports trash and waste to disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
