Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English
must have reliable transportation
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
pass post-offer medical, background screening and drug test
willingness to work 2nd shift hours from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am
availability for rotational weekends and holidays
flexibility to accept on-call shifts
fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless exemption granted

Job Qualifications

Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
medical cleaning a plus
post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required
high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent required
ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English
successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment unless they request and are granted a medical or religious exemption

Job Duties

Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas
sweeps and/or vacuums floor
dusts furniture and equipment
polishes metalwork
washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
washes windows, door panels, and sills
empties wastebaskets
transports trash and waste to disposal area
replenishes bathroom supplies
transports small equipment or tools between departments
must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations
