Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs
- ability to work evening and overnight shifts including rotational weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English
Job Qualifications
- Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning a plus
- ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English
- must pass post-offer medical, background screening and drug test
- annual influenza immunization required unless exempted
Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floors
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork
- washes windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebaskets
- transports trash and waste to disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
