Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless medically or religiously exempt
- able to stand and walk for long periods
- able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- able to talk and hear
- able to work rotational weekends
- pass post-offer medical, background screening and drug test

- experience in the janitorial industry a plus

Job Duties
- clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas
- sweep and/or vacuum floor
- dust furniture and equipment
- polish metalwork
- wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- wash windows, door panels, and sills
- empty wastebaskets
- transport trash and waste to disposal area
- replenish bathroom supplies
- transport small equipment or tools between departments
