Job Duties
- Greet, guide and manage patients and visitors throughout the campus
- act as the primary contact for patients, visitors and staff
- work closely with courier services, security, staff and leadership within the building and campus
- provide level one support in partnership with leadership, facilities and support services team for property issues
- assist with customer service requests
- maintain lobby area and escalate issues accordingly
- perform other related assigned duties as needed
