Job Duties

  • Greet, guide and manage patients and visitors throughout the campus
  • act as the primary contact for patients, visitors and staff
  • work closely with courier services, security, staff and leadership within the building and campus
  • provide level one support in partnership with leadership, facilities and support services team for property issues
  • assist with customer service requests
  • maintain lobby area and escalate issues accordingly
  • perform other related assigned duties as needed
