Job Duties
- Explain Room Service menu to patients
- Qualify patients as full Room Service, Assist, or Non-Select
- Deliver patient meal trays and unit supplies
- Manage position paperwork such as tray delivery forms and temperature monitoring
- Follow correct hand hygiene procedures
- Utilize appropriate scripting and respond effectively to patients and customers
- Use position equipment safely and perform cleaning and sanitation
- Ensure meal selections comply with patient diet orders
- Prioritize and manage meal delivery within 45 minutes
- Orient patients to room service ordering process and communicate with Call Center
