Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service
- availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

- familiarity with the local area and resort amenities is a plus
Job Duties
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities
- contact appropriate individuals or departments (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
- review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
- monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
- follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
- receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly
- respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
- communicate VIP arrivals and acknowledge all Members/Owners of the Resort
- greet guests and determine the number in their party
- seat guests based on server rotation and cover count by finding a clean, available table
- pull out chairs
- placing clean/current menu in front of guest
- guide guests through the dining rooms and buffet, providing any needed assistance
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
- perform all other duties as assigned
