Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- no high school diploma, ged or college degree required
- no experience required and on the job training provided
- one year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
Job Duties
- act as a welcome ambassador for arriving passengers
- greet and engage with passengers and offer informational assistance
- communicate effectively with passengers regarding parking and shuttle services available
- assist with transporting passengers in wheelchairs to onboard and offboard
- escort unaccompanied minors
- assist with baggage as required
- coordinate passenger lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow of passengers during peak times
- transfer and distribute wheelchairs as needed
- report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation
- follow safety precautions at all times
