Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel, retail, public relations, patient care, or healthcare related roles
- proficient in Windows-based software
- good oral and written communication skills
- strong customer service skills
- excellent analytical and organizational abilities
- valid driver’s license
- BLS certification preferred

- some college education preferred
- prior hotel, retail, public relations, patient care, or healthcare experience
- proficient in Windows-based operating software
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong customer service and presentation skills
- excellent analytical, planning, organizing, and troubleshooting abilities
- prior guest relations experience preferred
Job Duties
- Providing staffing for information desks, emergency department desks, Pedway cart, and ICU waiting rooms as needed
- rounding new patient rooms to enhance patient satisfaction and address concerns
- educating patients and families on service excellence survey expectations
- performing guest relations duties including greeting visitors, wheelchair assistance, valet support, and traffic control
- maintaining first impression areas and assisting visitors with directions and information
- serving as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff to provide updates and counseling
- handling multiple computer systems for accurate information input and staffing as required
