Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- proficient in English including understanding job and safety guidelines
- ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without accommodation
- ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach for up to five hours during shifts with or without accommodation
- comfortable working in room temperature and refrigerated/freezer environments
- able to use carts, dollies, and hand trucks
- flexibility to work at various locations within 20 miles of the primary site
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous warehouse or retail experience advantageous
- proficiency in using handheld devices and digital technologies
- ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to adapt to flexible schedules and work locations within a 20-mile radius
- physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare customer orders for quick delivery
- maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
- use smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- receive and process truck deliveries
- stock shelves and manage inventory
- process customer returns
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- collaborate with team members and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
