Job Duties

  • Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
  • Greet every guest to welcome them during morning shifts
  • Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
  • Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly following standards
  • Restock work area before leaving shift
  • Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
  • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement
  • Report problems such as faulty equipment or product shortages promptly
  • Complete additional related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented correctly
  • Maintain restaurant hours of operation during shifts
  • Comply with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory procedures
  • Greet guests and take food and beverage orders using POS system
  • Charge guests and collect payment accurately
  • Answer phone calls and assist guests with information and orders
  • Restock drink station and maintain cleanliness of guest areas
  • Prepare food products according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain portion control and proper product temperatures
  • Clean equipment and workstations thoroughly
  • Close kitchen properly following checklists
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
