Job Duties
- Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
- Greet every guest to welcome them during morning shifts
- Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
- Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly following standards
- Restock work area before leaving shift
- Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement
- Report problems such as faulty equipment or product shortages promptly
- Complete additional related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented correctly
- Maintain restaurant hours of operation during shifts
- Comply with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory procedures
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders using POS system
- Charge guests and collect payment accurately
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with information and orders
- Restock drink station and maintain cleanliness of guest areas
- Prepare food products according to recipes and standards
- Maintain portion control and proper product temperatures
- Clean equipment and workstations thoroughly
- Close kitchen properly following checklists
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
