Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to clearly and professionally communicate with team members and guests
  • ability to multitask
  • excellent attendance and punctuality
  • able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • able to stand and maintain mobility including bending and stooping for entire workday

Job Duties

  • Offer every guest a superb experience and greet guests warmly
  • support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
  • maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
  • monitor quality, safety, and appearance of products and ingredients
  • complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
  • restock work area before leaving shift
  • adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
  • attend scheduled employee meetings and suggest improvements
  • report problems promptly to supervisor
  • ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented
  • maintain hours of operation during shift
  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
  • greet guests and take food and beverage orders
  • operate POS system accurately
  • handle guest payments and phone orders
  • maintain cleanliness in guest areas
  • prepare food products according to recipes and portion standards
  • clean and close kitchen equipment
  • follow opening and closing prep checklists
  • report equipment and food quality issues
  • use standard recipe cards exclusively
