Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to clearly and professionally communicate with team members and guests
- ability to multitask
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- able to stand and maintain mobility including bending and stooping for entire workday

Job Duties
- Offer every guest a superb experience and greet guests warmly
- support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
- monitor quality, safety, and appearance of products and ingredients
- complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- restock work area before leaving shift
- adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- attend scheduled employee meetings and suggest improvements
- report problems promptly to supervisor
- ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented
- maintain hours of operation during shift
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
- greet guests and take food and beverage orders
- operate POS system accurately
- handle guest payments and phone orders
- maintain cleanliness in guest areas
- prepare food products according to recipes and portion standards
- clean and close kitchen equipment
- follow opening and closing prep checklists
- report equipment and food quality issues
- use standard recipe cards exclusively
