Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in culinary or food prep roles preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- familiarity with kitchen safety practices
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness & food safety
- team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- Experience in sushi preparation or fish handling
- knowledge of health & sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- willingness to learn and take direction from Chef team
Job Duties
- Properly cleaning, cutting, storing & portioning fish & other proteins for service
- maintaining health & sanitation standards
- daily inventory of all proteins in refrigeration and freezer to assist Chef team with ordering
- any prep work designated by Chef team for sushi, garde manger & hot line stations
- daily cleaning projects in areas designated by the chef team
